Message In A Bottle CD Cover idea

My idea of having a message in a bottle approach to my CD cover was brought about simply because of the title “If you only knew”. The prospect of having the idea (the message behind the lyrics) and the bottle (representing the barrier of communicating this) I felt would broadcast the message of “If you only knew” effectively. However, this would not project the idea of music that speaks to enlighten, comfort and inspire from his biography, more simply but as the message in the bottle approach would not present the artist views/beliefs effectively although it would represent the title of the song and the meaning of the song very well. The only sense of warmth and comfort that would exist on such an image would be of key lighting that would be of a subtle yellow/orange colour to impose this warmth and security. The bottle would be pictured inside a palm of a hand, possibly the thought of the male character in the video or Chris Cohen himself, which would show the message would be from himself, to impose the beliefs of Chris Cohen to the audience.
